Zenthrix offers a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible course purchases.

To qualify for a refund:

• The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
• Less than 20% of the course content must have been accessed
• No live mentorship session, coaching call, assessment review, or personalized support service must have been utilized
• The account must remain in good standing and comply with our Terms of Service

All refund requests are reviewed individually and subject to approval.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are non-refundable:

• Refund requests submitted after 7 days of purchase
• Courses with more than 20% content consumption
• Live workshops, webinars, bootcamps, and mentoring sessions already attended
• One-on-one coaching or consulting services already delivered
• Downloadable resources, templates, toolkits, or premium digital assets once accessed
• Certification fees already processed

4. Subscription Plans

For recurring subscription plans:

• Users may cancel future renewals at any time
• Cancellation prevents future billing only

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately with payment details.

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Repeated refund requests

• Fraudulent activity
